Terms of service

1. Agreement and operator

These terms form an agreement between you and [PRIVATE BETA OPERATOR - FINAL IDENTITY PENDING] for access to Capyware, Capyware Hub, supported product modules, documentation, and related services.

2. License

A purchased license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable unless an approved reseller sale says otherwise, and scoped to the named product, duration, devices, sessions, and release channel. Timed duration starts on first successful activation.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Capyware only where applicable law and game, platform, marketplace, and server rules allow. You may not share credentials, evade limits, attack the service, resell without approval, or misuse another person's account or device.

4. Service and compatibility

Third-party games and platforms change independently. We may maintain, update, suspend, or retire a product or service for security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons. Maintenance and material incidents are published through product status.

5. Enforcement

Licenses may be suspended or revoked for verified fraud, credential sharing, abusive access, unauthorized resale, service attacks, or material breach. Heuristic VM or debugger detection alone never causes automatic revocation. Material decisions are auditable and subject to manual review.

6. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by [PRIVATE BETA - FINAL JURISDICTION PENDING] law, Capyware is provided as available without implied warranties. Liability exclusions do not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.
