This is a complete operational draft, but publication as final terms is blocked until the operator's legal identity, jurisdiction, and effective date are configured.

Definition

“Lifetime” means access for the commercial lifetime of the specifically named Capyware product and the supporting distribution/licensing service operated by [PRIVATE BETA OPERATOR - FINAL IDENTITY PENDING]. It does not mean the purchaser's biological lifetime, the lifetime of Garry's Mod, perpetual compatibility with third-party software, or an unconditional promise that service can never end.

Product scope

A lifetime license for Capyware for Garry's Mod does not automatically include Roblox, FiveM, or another future Capyware product. Future products have independent plans and prices unless an explicit entitlement says otherwise.

Retirement

A product may reach end of life because continued operation becomes technically impossible, unlawful, unsafe, commercially discontinued, or dependent on an unavailable third-party platform. Where reasonably possible, advance notice and a final supported release will be provided.

Other terms

Lifetime access remains subject to device and session limits, acceptable use, verified breach enforcement, service maintenance, and the governing terms. Mandatory rights under [PRIVATE BETA - FINAL JURISDICTION PENDING] law remain unaffected.
