Documentation and FAQ
Straight answers.
Capyware communicates unavailable states clearly and applies the same principle to licensing, privacy, and support.
When does my license duration start?
On the first successful activation—not when the key is generated, exported, or issued.
What does Capyware store about my PC?
Hub derives a SHA-256 device identifier locally from a Windows installation identifier. Raw hardware serial numbers are never collected. The API stores only a separate keyed hash.
Can I use Capyware offline?
An already installed and entitled product can use a signed 24-hour offline grace window. New activation, download, repair, and update operations require the service.
How are updates protected?
Hub verifies exact Ed25519-signed manifest bytes and the SHA-256 hash of every file. It stages safely, rejects unsafe archive paths, switches atomically, and rolls back if launch health fails.
Can support reset my device?
Administrators can perform a reasoned, audited reset. Approved resellers may do so only if explicitly permitted and within their configured cooldown and limit. Customers do not receive self-service resets at launch.
What is a lifetime license?
Access for the commercial lifetime of the specific Capyware product and its supporting service, subject to the terms—not the purchaser's lifetime and not an assurance that third-party games remain compatible forever.
Are refunds available?
Initial policy is all sales final except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Contact support with the order details and your jurisdiction if the product was not delivered or law gives you a remedy.
Where may I use it?
Only where applicable game, platform, and server rules allow. You are responsible for understanding those rules.
Does Capyware disable antivirus or hide itself?
No. Capyware avoids packers, stealth loading, persistence, anti-debugging, VM blocking, privilege escalation, process hiding, and security-tool interference.
How do I get a license?
Review current plans on the product page. Website checkout is available only when its gates are open; approved resellers are listed on this site.
