Refund policy

This is a complete operational draft, but publication as final terms is blocked until the operator's legal identity, jurisdiction, and effective date are configured.

Initial policy

All Capyware license and reseller-balance sales are final once the key, balance, or entitled download is delivered, except where mandatory consumer law requires a refund or other remedy.

Delivery problems

If delivery fails, a key is invalid before first activation, or an order was duplicated, contact support promptly with the order reference and jurisdiction. Do not include a full license key.

Excluded reasons

Unless mandatory law says otherwise, refunds are not offered for rule enforcement, a changed mind, failure to check compatibility, third-party server or platform action, device-reset cooldowns, or a suspended/revoked license following a verified material breach.

How to request review

Write to legal@capyware.app with the order reference, purchase date, product, issue, and country or state. Each legally required exception is reviewed manually.
